We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Stallions Proptech Solutions. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining them the details of the projects and schedule their Site Visit.
The position offers ₹15000 - ₹28000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective customers and brief them about the project.
Contact potential customers to understand their property requirements, budget, and timeline.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and lead status in the system.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various teams for smooth site visit experience to the customers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. The role requires Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and ability to convince customers are important for this profile.
Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
