Tele Caller – Institutional Sales is responsible for generating business through Students admissions for a one of our reputed Client (Education Institute). The role involves off-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves contacting potential clients and managing routine follow-ups via calls to promote educational programs and services. The Tele Caller will also address inquiries, provide detailed information about offerings, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions in a database to ensure consistent client management. Meeting individual and team targets is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and perform client follow-ups.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office tools and familiarity with data entry processes.
Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
Graduate degree or equivalent education qualification preferred.
