Job Title: Telecaller
Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest metro Station 16 )
Job Type: Full-time

About the Organization

[NGO Name] is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives through initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, and community development. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to help us connect with supporters and spread awareness about our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact clearly.
Encourage donations and participation in campaigns or events.
Maintain a database of contacts and update call records.
Follow up with interested donors and volunteers.
Handle queries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements

Good communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of NGOs or social work is a plus.
Ability to speak Hindi and English (additional languages are a bonus).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / CRM tools).
Positive attitude and passion for social causes.

Preferred Qualifications

6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer support.
Experience working with NGOs or social campaigns is an advantage.

Fix Salary per month + performance incentives
