Job Description – Cold Calling Executive (US Truck Insurance)

Salary: ₹35000 to ₹45000 + Incentives
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Cold Calling preferred)

Job Summary: Risezonic is looking for energetic and confident Cold Calling Executives to work for the US Truck Insurance market. The role involves outbound calling to truck owners and transport companies in the US to generate leads and set appointments for insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to US-based truck owners and fleet operators
• Promote and explain truck insurance products clearly and confidently
• Generate quality leads and schedule callbacks/appointments
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Handle objections professionally and follow scripts
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident speaking and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
• Prior experience in cold calling, BPO, or US process is a plus
• Fresher candidates with strong communication skills can apply
