One of our reputed Client a Sports Retail Joint is looking for Male Telecaller for promoting and qualifying Leads for sports products offered by the company.
Telecaller / TeleSales / Tele Marketing
Experience: 1 year and above
Qualification: 12th Std and above
Gender: Male
Salary Range: 2.5 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs p.a.
Job Location: Jaipur (M.I. Road)
All Sundays (Holiday) and 1 Saturday (half day) in a month

Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation: Initiate calls to potential customers based on a list of leads or a target market provided by the organization
Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns
Overcoming Objections: Handle objections and concerns effectively, providing information or solutions to address customer hesitations
Closing Sales: Work to close sales deals by asking for the sale, setting appointments, or guiding prospects through the purchase process
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, such as budget, needs, and timeframes
Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and outcomes in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
