We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to join our Company PERFECT FINANCE Tele Caller's role is to generate leads through outbound calls and responsible for driving sales by contacting prospective clients, explaining loan products (LAP,Term loan, Working capital, home, LRD, Unsecured business loans etc), and guiding them through the application process.
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Conducting high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to introduce loan products and generate new business.
Product Explanation: Clearly explaining interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms for various loan types
Customer Qualification & Needs Analysis: Identifying customer requirements and assessing their eligibility for loan products.
Loan Application Support: Assisting customers with the loan application process and ensuring required documentation is collected.
Database Management: Recording all client interactions, updating contact details, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM software.
Follow-ups & Conversion: Following up with interested prospects to turn them into customers and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and loans processed.
