Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who can generate B2B leads, connect with decision-makers, schedule client meetings, and support the sales team in business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to corporate clients and businesses.
• Generate new B2B sales leads through cold calling.
• Identify decision-makers such as IT Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers, Facility Managers, and Business Owners.
• Introduce Nexurgo Technologies' products and services professionally.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Ability to work with sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in B2B Telecalling, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, CCTV Sales, AV Solutions, Telecom, or Software Sales will be an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
• 80–120 outbound calls per day.
• Generate qualified business leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain proper follow-up with prospects.
• Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
