WE ARE HIRING – TELECALLING & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Organization: Mantra E-Learning & Mantra & Co.
Location: Ahmedabad
We are looking for a confident, polite and result-oriented candidate to handle telecalling, student admissions and client coordination for our two businesses.
Job Responsibilities
Calling prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions.
Explaining professional courses and sharing course details.
Calling prospective clients for GST, ITR and Tax Consultancy services.
Following up with existing clients, students and pending inquiries.
Maintaining daily call reports and lead tracking.
Coordinating appointments, admissions and client follow-ups.
Eligibility
candidate with Graduate qualification.
with good communication skills or candidate with 6 months–2 years of telecalling/sales experience.
Good Gujarati and Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve targets.
Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month, based on experience and skills, plus performance incentives.
