Legal Capital is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Explain company services and resolve client queries

Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication

Generate leads and schedule appointments when required

Maintain call records and update client information accurately

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle clients professionally

Basic computer knowledge and data handling skills

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English is an added advantage

Qualification

Any Graduate / Intermediate

Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
