Job Title: Inside Tele Performance Executive (ITPE)

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Preferably graduated between 2021–2026

• Preferred age: Up to 40 years

• Experienced candidates: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• No upper experience limit

• Similar role experience preferred, preferably in BFSI

• Valid documents/proof of previous employment required

• Outstanding freshers may also be considered

Relevant Experience:

Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Telecalling, Relationship Management, Customer Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates/resources through calls, references, databases and social media

• Screen prospects and assess their suitability

• Explain job opportunities, earning potential and business requirements

• Handle queries and objections

• Maintain records, pipeline and follow-up status

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly manpower acquisition targets

• Build relationships with prospects and newly onboarded resources

• Coordinate with the Team Manager/Team Leader

• Support documentation, training, examination and licensing processes where applicable

• Make outbound calls and regular follow-ups

• Comfortable making 120–150 calls per day

• Lead generation and prospecting

• Strong follow-up and persistence

• Decision-making and prioritisation

Languages: Bengali, English & Hindi

Computer Skills:

Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar & Email

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
