Telecalling Executive – Credit Card Sales
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in sales, communication and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card offers and services.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable credit card features and benefits.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful applications.
•Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update call records.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For :-
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass; 12th/Graduates preferred.
Freshers are welcome — 0–2 years of experience is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
