Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell stock market investment products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in financial markets, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote investment products
Explain stock market concepts and company services clearly and confidently
Build rapport with clients and identify their investment needs
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven with a persuasive personality
Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial instruments is a plus
Previous telesales or financial services experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Qualifications:
MBA, marketing, (Experience, graduate)
Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
