FundNexus is looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Executives to join our NGO fundraising team. The role involves connecting with potential donors, creating awareness about our NGO partners and their social causes, persuading people to contribute, and generating donations through effective communication and follow-ups.

This is an opportunity for freshers who want to develop their communication, sales, and relationship-building skills while contributing to meaningful social causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Acquisition: Call potential donors, explain NGO campaigns, and encourage them to support social causes through donations.

• Fundraising & Revenue Generation: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets through effective donor conversations.

• Pitch Delivery: Communicate NGO missions, ongoing campaigns, impact stories, and donation requirements confidently.

• Follow-ups & Retention: Follow up with interested donors, manage callback schedules, and reconnect with existing donors for continued support.

• Objection Handling: Understand donor concerns, answer questions, and handle objections professionally to improve conversion rates.

• CRM & Data Management: Update call remarks, donor responses, follow-up dates, lead scores, and dispositions accurately in the CRM or Google Sheets.

• Lead Management: Maintain updated records of fresh leads, interested prospects, committed donors, and follow-up cases.

• Process Compliance: Follow the approved calling script, fundraising guidelines, donor communication standards, and data privacy policies.

• Coordination: Work with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance, and other team members to improve calling performance and donor experience.

• Performance Improvement: Participate in training sessions, feedback discussions, and call reviews to improve pitch quality and fundraising results.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with a strong interest in sales, telecalling, or fundraising are encouraged to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.

• Confidence and the ability to persuade people through meaningful conversations.

• Willingness to make regular outbound calls and work towards fundraising targets.

• Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections positively.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets, Excel, and data entry.

• Accuracy in maintaining donor information, call dispositions, and follow-up records.

• A positive attitude, discipline, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
