Business Development Executive/ Loan Executive

📌 Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.

• Handle outbound calls and provide information.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Report call outcomes and feedback to the team leader.
  

📌 Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and Convincing skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Known Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English, etc.
  

📌 Work Environment and Schedule:

• Location: Pune/ PCMC

• Working hours: 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

• On-site
  

📌 Compensation and Benefits:

           Salary: Depends on Interview/ Experience

           Incentives based on your performances
