Counsellor (Outbound) – Bangalore

Experience: 0–3 years (Outbound Calling Preferred)

• Dynamic Consultation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and passionate Tele Executives /Admission Counsellors for our Bangalore office.

• In this role, you will connect with prospective students, guide them with course details,

• and support them in choosing the right higher education programs across Bangalore and Karnataka.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions and course details.

• Explain educational programs, eligibility, fees, and application procedures.

• Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, social media, and referrals.

• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and achieve enrolment conversions.

• Support the counseling team during admission and documentation processes.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling (Education/Tele-sales preferred).

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/South Indian languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasion and convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM tools).

• Confidence in handling student/parent queries professionally
