Job Description :-
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our CRM and website development products.
Generate qualified appointments and leads for the Sales Manager.
Identify potential customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.
Maintain and update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Handle objections and overcome resistance with professionalism.
Provide accurate reports on call activity and lead status.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
