We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to support our sales team by generating leads, following up with prospects, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.

2.Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

3.Generate and qualify sales leads for the Business Development team.

4.Follow up with existing and prospective customers to maintain engagement.

5.Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

6.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

7.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

8.Address customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

9.Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

1.Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).

2.0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.

3.Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Good listening and customer handling abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6 Days a Week
