Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students and parents to explain DeekshaVedantu’s courses and offerings.
Maintain and update lead and customer data to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
Verify information, identify data discrepancies, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize and manage digital and physical records for easy access and tracking.
Assist with administrative tasks to support overall team and department efficiency.
Generate basic reports on call outcomes, lead status, and conversions for internal teams.
Handle all customer and business data with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
