Role Description
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing clients, offering Deed Agent Legal Consultancy's services.
Explain the company’s services such as conveyance deeds, society formation, and maintenance recovery.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further consultations with senior executives.
Follow up with clients and maintain a record of conversations in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly targets for leads, appointments, and client conversions
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Good communication skills, In hindi & Marathi
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of legal services or property-related matters is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
10th ,12th Pass
Knowledge of co-operative housing society management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
