Job Description

Creative Design is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele Sales to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, eager to learn, and passionate about helping customers and growing business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in handling walk-in and online enquiries

• Explain company services and packages to customers clearly

• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly

• Support in preparing quotations and proposals

• Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution

• Help in achieving monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email handling

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior sales or customer support experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
