# Job

Bharat Money is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Caller Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan products

## Key Responsibilitie

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

* Generate leads and explain loan products in a clear and professional manner

* Assist customers with loan options, including

* Home Loan

* Loan Against Property (LAP

* Overdraft/Cash Credit (OD/CC) Limit

* Personal Loan

* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication

* Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing

* Handle loan files and ensure accurate documentation

* Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth processing

* Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly

* Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

## Required Skill

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred

* Ability to build customer relationships

* Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

## Eligibility Criteri

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

* Previous experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or loan processing is an advantage
