Responsibilities:
Promoting the Ayurvedic Medicines to the Customer and influence them.
Handling Customer Queries.
Keeping Records in MS Excel.
Responsibile for handling Customer calls, sending followups emails and ensuring quick issue resolution.
Requirement:
Experience in ayurvedic medicines process is a plus.
Experience in telecalling (1-2) years.
12th pass- minimum qualification
Skills:
Good Communication skills, Influencing skills, Negotiation skills, Email writing, MS excel
