AK Ayurvedas is a growing wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality Ayurvedic solutions. We are expanding our sales team and seeking energetic Telesales Executives who can effectively connect with customers and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
Maintain call records and update customer details
Follow up with interested prospects for conversions
Provide basic customer support and handle objections
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work with targets and pressure
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
