💼 Role Overview

As a Tele collection Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone to facilitate timely recovery of outstanding dues. You will be the voice of the company, negotiating payments and maintaining professional relationships while achieving collection targets.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending/overdue payments

• Negotiate payment settlements and set up repayment plans

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions

• Follow up consistently on promise-to-pay cases

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly collection targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate with the internal team for dispute resolution

✅ Who Can Apply

• Freshers & Experienced both welcome

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

• Prior experience in tele calling / collections / BPO / BFSI is an advantage
