Executive Officer – Two-Wheeler Insurance (Voice Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-oriented graduates with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team as Executive Officers in the Two-Wheeler Insurance Voice Process. Prior experience in insurance renewals is an added advantage.

The selected candidates will receive 100% paid, comprehensive classroom training covering product knowledge, IRDAI guidelines, communication skills, and system usage. In this role, you will interact with customers over the phone, explain two-wheeler insurance policies, assist with policy renewals, and address basic customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
●

Make outbound calls to existing two-wheeler insurance customers.

●

Explain policy features, third-party coverage, and insurance benefits in a clear and professional manner.

●

Remind customers about upcoming policy expiry dates and assist them with the renewal process.

●

Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up details in the company's CRM system.

●

Achieve daily call productivity and monthly renewal targets.

●

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

●

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, or equivalent).

●

Postgraduates looking to build a career are also welcome to apply.

Experience

●

6 months to 2 years of experience.

●

Experience in the Two-Wheeler Insurance Renewal Process will be preferred.

Skills Required

●

Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.

●

Strong listening and customer-handling skills.

●

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

●

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

●

Basic computer knowledge, typing skills, and familiarity with MS Office.

Salary Structure

Freshers Candidates

●

₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
