Salary

• First 2 Months: ₹10,000 per month fixed + commission on successful sales.

• First 2 Months: This will be the probation period.

• After 2 Months: Salary will be reviewed based on the candidate’s performance, along with applicable commission on successful sales.

• Commission: Additional commission will be provided for successful sales. The detailed commission structure will be explained by the company during the selection process.

Job Description

We are looking for Telecallers / Sales Executives who can connect with potential customers, understand their business requirements, and introduce them to our ERP, Payroll, and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads provided by the company and introduce the company's products/services.

• Understand customer requirements and business needs.

• Explain ERP, Payroll, and CRM solutions to potential customers.

• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the team for further discussions and sales closures.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• Convert interested leads into customers.

• Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in Sales or Telecalling.

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic understanding of sales and follow-up processes.

• Ability to explain products/services clearly.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn through sales incentives.

• Candidates from any location in India can apply.
