Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining our products/services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and CRM updates.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass .

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
