A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting customers over phone calls to sell banking and financial products such as credit cards, personal loans, business loans, Demat accounts, and savings accounts. The role involves lead generation, customer handling, product explanation, and achieving sales targets.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain features and benefits of:
Credit Cards
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Demat & Trading Accounts
Savings Accounts
Generate and convert leads into sales
Assist customers with KYC and account opening process
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Cross-sell financial products like insurance, mutual funds, IPOs, etc. (jobs.klimb.io)

Hindi & English speaking preferred
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced both can apply
Banking or telesales experience preferred
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
