Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with transporters/customers, and supporting the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convince and build relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to truck owners, transporters, brokers, and potential customers

• Explain TruckMitr services and onboard new users

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns

• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets regularly

• Coordinate with the operations and sales team for closures

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Collect feedback from customers and report market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic English understanding is an advantage

• Comfortable speaking on calls for long durations

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

• Positive attitude and persuasive communication skills

• Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, logistics sales, or lead generation

• Experience in logistics, transport, or trucking industry is a plus
