We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller – Sales to promote our logistics services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics or freight services.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote logistics and transportation services
Explain company services such as freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, or supply chain solutions
Generate and qualify sales leads
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to close deals
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide service-related information
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and local language preferred)
Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or B2B sales is an advantage
Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Experience in logistics, courier, or freight sales
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
