Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generated leads and database
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
Qualify prospects and schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in CRM
Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & local language)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity (preferred)
Target-oriented mindset
