We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at India One Matrimony Service. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹6,000 - ₹24,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and registered members.
Explain India One Matrimony services, membership plans, and features clearly.
Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable matrimony services.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer details, call status, and lead information accurately in the system.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
