Fairly Place, Dalhousie, Kolkata

⏰ WORKING HOURS

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
6 Days Working | Full Day

📋 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending banking payments/EMIs.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues and payment commitments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment-related information.
• Maintain regular follow-up with assigned customers.
• Record customer responses and collection updates accurately.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding amounts.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with the team and supervisor to achieve collection targets.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines.

🎯 CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ Previous Tele-Calling experience preferred
✅ Banking Collection / Loan Collection / EMI Collection experience preferred
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Target-oriented and hardworking
✅ Positive attitude and professional behaviour
✅ Male & Female candidates both can apply
