Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to recruit delivery partners. The role involves calling potential candidates, explaining the onboarding process, and helping them complete registration with our clients. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential on every rider who successfully joins and completes on-boarding. Training provided
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners and explain job role, earnings and incentives.
Guide candidates through onboarding, document submission and follow up till joining.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (preferred Hindi and regional)
Basic knowledge of calling or sales is an advantage
Ability to convince and handle objections
Smartphone /computer knowledge
