Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a motivated and energetic telecaller—sales—to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our e-commerce services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.

• Explain company services related to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website development, account management, cataloging, advertising, and other e-commerce solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages.

• Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Generate and maintain a database of leads and customer information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services.

• Maintain proper records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or Excel sheets.

• Build strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be preferred.
