Job Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele caller to join our Insurance Sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

•       Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products (Life/Health/General/Motor). 

•       Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. 

•       Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 

•       Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly. 

•       Handle customer queries and objections professionally. 

•       Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems. 

•       Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. 

•       Foster relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business. 

Skills & Qualifications 

•       Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. 

•       Proven experience in telecalling/tele-sales (insurance experience is a plus). 

•       Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. 

•       Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage. 

•       Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. 

•       Good listening skills and customer-service mindset. 

•       Proficiency in local language(s); Hindi/Telugu,Enlish/Malayalam/Marathi/Kannada/Tamil preferred.
