Job Description – Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecalling Executive / Customer Care Executive
Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with 1–4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer handling, inbound & outbound calling, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers professionally.

• Make outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, order confirmation and customer support.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively.

• Maintain proper communication and follow-up with potential and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update calling details in CRM/system.

• Coordinate with the sales, customer care and dispatch teams whenever required.

• Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Care or Customer Support.

• Prior experience in sales and customer handling is preferred.

• Good English communication skills with a professional and confident personality.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling.

• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
