We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecalling Executive for Health & Ayurvedic Product Sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and explain health & Ayurvedic products
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Convert leads into sales
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain customer data and update CRM records
Requirements:
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Telecalling or Sales
Experience in Health, Ayurvedic, Wellness, or FMCG products preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to convince customers and close sales
Basic computer knowledge required
Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred
