Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) products to customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, eligibility checking, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers from provided leads/database
Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products
Understand customer financial requirements
Check basic eligibility of customers
Convince customers to apply for loan products
Handle customer objections professionally
Follow up with interested customers
Coordinate for document collection and application processing
Update CRM/call status regularly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Eligibility
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in banking, DSA, NBFC, or telesales preferred
