Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Fresher to 1 year of experience in tele sales / telemarketing / inside sales (freshers can be considered)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good listening and negotiation skills
