Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and closures.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of tele calling/sales experience from any industry.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and English communication required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives.
