Position: Telecaller / Customer Sales (No Targets)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Joining: Immediate Role: Outbound calling for customer engagement and financial product campaigns such as insurance, collections, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls for customer acquisition and collections Promote financial products and services, Achieve daily calling and performance targets Maintain call records in CRM systems,

Eligibility: Strong English communication skills (No MTI) Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment.

Immediate joiners preferred!

Selection Process: 2–3 interview rounds

Salary: ₹25,000 per month +Weekly Incentives + Incentives for 100% Attendance +Salary Increment after every 3 Months + Retention Bonus
