Job Description – Tele Caller (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Our client is a modern sea freight forwarding company providing reliable, scalable, and efficient logistics solutions across global markets. Their expertise includes Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), customs clearance, and end-to-end cargo coordination services worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding freight forwarding and logistics services.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable service offerings.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with freight forwarding industry experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Mulund and nearby locations.
