Job Title: Telecaller / Outbound Calling Executive

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month (Plus Performance Incentives)

Job Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic and energetic Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services/products, resolving queries, and generating leads or booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.

• Clearly explain product/service offerings, key features, and active promotions.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them with appropriate solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of call logs, customer responses, and follow-up schedules.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and lead generation goals.

• Handle customer queries politely and maintain professional communication standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer support.

• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate.

• Languages: Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory. Basic working knowledge of English is preferred.

• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets and handling call management systems).

Work Details & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000 fixed / month + Performance-based incentives.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week).

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
