You will be part of the Medtronic Pacemaker Response Care Team, providing post-sales support and services for pacemaker patients.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support
Address and resolve customer queries related to:
Appointment bookings
Document verification and queries
Pacemaker replacement
General product-related inquiries
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases
