Telecaller

Location: Molar band Extension, Badarpur, boder New Delhi, Delhi 110044
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.

• Update customer information in the CRM/database.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM software).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
