Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer who can handle client calls, explain our services, follow up with potential clients, and convert enquiries into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested clients regularly.
Handle client enquiries and resolve basic queries.
Convert leads and enquiries into potential clients.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client status.
Coordinate with the team for further client requirements.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Confident and polite while speaking with clients.
Basic knowledge of sales and client handling.
Ability to convince and engage potential clients.
Freshers can apply.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
