Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:
VJM Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills in required languages, e.g., English, Tamil.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate .
