Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Pitching: Initiate outbound calls to provided leads and prospects to introduce Vidyutsetu’s rooftop solar solutions.
Product Benefits: Clearly and persuasively explain the financial and environmental benefits of rooftop solar installations to potential clients.
Pipeline Building: Actively seek references from existing contacts and generate self-leads to ensure a healthy sales funnel.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and fix meetings between interested prospects and our on-ground sales or technical teams.
Quote & Follow-up Management: Prepare and share accurate quotes with prospects. Conduct diligent follow-ups on shared quotes to move leads through the sales pipeline.
Financial & Operational Support: Arrange for payment collections or coordinate with the back-office team to assist customers in applying for solar financing/loans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and accounts teams to ensure smooth handoffs and the final, successful closure of leads.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses using MS Excel and our CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar customer-facing sales role (experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a huge plus).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Marathi.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts (like solar benefits) in a simple, engaging way.
Proficiency in maintaining data trackers using MS Excel and experience working with CRM software.
Persistent, target-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
