Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective applicants, verify the information submitted in their forms, and convert leads into successful closures. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact leads generated through application forms via phone calls
Cross-verify applicant details such as personal, professional, and financial information
Clarify any incomplete or inconsistent information with applicants
Guide applicants through the process and address their queries
Convince and convert qualified leads into successful closures
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the system
Follow up with potential applicants to ensure timely completion of the process
Meet daily/weekly conversion targets and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Good attention to detail and accuracy in verification
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred
